Web hosting review for Hostagtor

I am writing this review because i have been with hostgator web hosting for about four years now i am not techie person i have little knowledge of ftp php and so on. The cpanel can at times look scary so believe me when i say i am not a techie. I am a newbie although i am learning and getting a better understanding of all this elements.

So why and  what is my review all about, well it’s not about the price even though the pricing packages for hostgator are very competitive nor is about what you get inside your cpanel.

No i am talking customer service phenomenal, why do i say that because when you are like me and come across problems on a fairly regular basis you need assistance big time.

What hostgator don’t do

• Is never get back to you,

•  Never available when you call or send live chat,

• Never return your emails.

My story

Over the last several months i have been having issues with my sites nothing to do with hostgator just general techie problems that frustrated the hell out of me.

I have always done the live chat thing which is good but the contact support by phone is awesome I can not praise the staff enough courteous, knowledgeable and patient in fact i have been on the phone at times up to an hour with a member of staff.

They have always solved my issues well 98% of the time, walked me through the process or done it for me, you can not imagine the time that has been saved by simply contacting support.

Now i am not talking issues with Hostgator i am talking general issues like sometimes with my wordpress or other techie problems and although they do not need to do this their knowledge of technical problems is so superior that 9 times out of ten they will help and solve the problem.

I am really big on recommendation when it is warranted and believe me Hostagtor support system is awesome.

You may find cheaper but you won’t find a better support system then Hostgator.
