7 Tips to a good Upline/Sponsor

When you have decided that a home based business is your desire and goal to make your dreams become reality that is your very first step to success and be proud that you are looking forward to becoming financially independent. Great news but!! there is one other that stands in your way or should i say another that makes it easier for you to reach those goals.

And that my friends is your upline/sponsor a person that has recruited you to join his team with that chosen business.If network marketing or MLM.

So does it not make sense to join a person that has passion belief and a strong desire to continue to build his team with ongoing success.

You have the passion and desire so you naturally want the same duplication that is what truly brings wealth in every aspect of business.

Your upline/sponsor is your ticket to freedom so choose wisely here are my 7 tips to a good sponsor or upline

1 Knowledge does your sponsor have the knowledge to show you the way

2 Has your sponsor made contact made you feel welcome and taken time to talk

3 Does your sponsor have passion and determination to make it work

4 Does your sponsor have times to dedicate to training to help you or the resources

5 Is your sponsor available for problems. Normally set times they also need to have time off

6 Is your sponsor actually listening to you understanding your problems if any

7 Is your sponsor a true leader

Tick all these and you have the makings of true success with your passion and theirs don’t be ignored by your sponsor that will eventually mean loss of determination and ultimately failure and a complete waste of time. Building a team means working together  in harmony and training to reach ultimate success.

Now go and get a good sponsor you will thank me for it . Remember you want to feel confident and comfortable with your sponsor as well as there ability to help make you an income

Network marketing is it a  good thing or a bad thing. Let us first mention that for all those doubters and skeptics that it is just a glorified way of displaying a pyramid scheme, that has had a lot of controversy over the last few years and that all people want to do is pitch to you and sell.

Come on people we are all in business to make money otherwise what the hell is the point in having a business, the methods we use in selling is really the issue and being sold too without considering the customer is what kind of grieves us most.  Sorry i am kind of going down a different path here but the network marketing industry perhaps is and has been part of this process.  So we need to be protected against this kind of sale pitch.

But as a business i still think that providing you find a good company with good products that can truly benefit the public and genuine people which believe in customer satisfaction then you are on a winner.

If you want a business online then this industry can be very rewarding and satisfying because unlike other types of business online, interaction is key to promoting and having a successful online business.

And although owned by a company and there are certain restrictions in how you can promote the business it is primarily your business, you bought into it you are selling the products and building a team and providing you are prepared to work be supportive and genuine, then this can be a very lucrative and satisfying way of earning a living.

The other good reason for this type of business is that it can be promoted on and offline quite easily as most companies will have physical products to send out and if you so wish holding seminars both online and off can be a great way to promote a product and business opportunity.

However most network marketers may feel that holding live seminars can be a bit daunting. But if you could get over this fear then the rewards for building a team are much greater.  I would go as far as to say that get trained in this area then you will build a team much faster than if you were to just promote online through a web site or articles.

When i talk about live webinars launching your company has to have many benefits over others otherwise people will join any sponsor you have to position yourself as a leader.

So by launching a webinar you position yourself as a leader but do not pitch your company offer something unique and  they will see you as a leader this is important.

The key to a good network marketing company will consist of  a company with a proven track record a vision to expand. Products that truly are beneficial and what people really like to buy. A sponsor that will give you the support to move you forward and is prepared to spend time with you.

Your passion for the products and your belief in the products the company and your sponsor and your willingness to be part of a team. and finally the compensation package that rewards the worker a system that is not to complicated and pays out often.

Live webinars and get together a support system within the company that will be on hand a sponsor that can be easily contacted. If new then education with marketing and promotion ideas. Then the rest is up to you to make it work.
